Resilience Lab:an uncertain world
Resilience Lab’, combined artist residencies with public commissions and an engagement programme, as a means of investigating the role that arts can play in addressing environmental change. Based on the idea of creating a Resilient Community.
Fourthland, an artist collaboration were invited by Arnolfini to host a three day performative conference creating a Resilient Community by rethinking the Creation Story and the revival of myth, story telling and tactile knowledge. Talks by Resilience Lab artists and Cabot Institute scientists and academics were interspersed with shared meals and performance.
